Exports and automation

Download processed files and configure project webhooks for automated delivery.

Download by Document lists completed documents with export files ready and offers JSON, CSV, Excel, and ZIP actions for each document.
Download All creates one private ZIP for every available JSON, CSV, and Excel export across the project.
Download by Date lets you choose a single day or date range, preview how many matching documents will be included, and then create a private ZIP from those existing exports.
Download history stays on the page so you can come back when a ZIP finishes preparing, then download it from the app.
All generated downloads remain private and require an authenticated NiceData session before a temporary storage URL is issued.

Open Export and choose Webhooks to create named project webhooks with a target URL and trigger event.
Supported trigger events are document success and document failure.
Webhook secrets are shown at creation time, can be revealed later, and are used to verify incoming requests.
Existing webhooks can be edited, tested, and deleted from the same Export section.

Zapier access may be enabled per workspace. If the Apps page or project Zapier area still shows Coming soon, your workspace has not been enabled yet.
When Zapier is available, start in Zapier, create a Zap with NiceData, and authorize the correct workspace when NiceData opens.
